Job summary

The AquaPolis Programme Office at the National University of Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join the Programme Office, supporting communications and engagement for Singapore’s tropical marine aquaculture R&D programme.

This role suits candidates with strong communications/marketing skills who can create content, manage channels, and coordinate events, while assisting with financial tracking and procurement in line with university policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in comms or marketing
• Experience in university/public agency settings is preferred
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and MS Office; SAP/Concur/Power BI a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in contributing to Singapore’s agrifood and R&D ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Content creation across formats (articles, infographics, videos) for website, e-newsletters and social media
• Manage channels (website, e-newsletters, LinkedIn); ensure regular updates and brand consistency
• Coordinate events (forums, seminars, workshops) and prepare post-event coverage
• Support financial tracking, vendor sourcing and procurement in line with university policies
