Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Communications Designer to translate complex ideas into brand-aligned visuals across web graphics, slides, and campaign assets. You’ll own end-to-end design—from intake to QA—driving thoughtful content hierarchy and storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.

Advance branding across multiple mediums, collaborate with strategists, editors, and video producers, and mentor junior designers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design/visual communication or related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design rooted in content strategy and user experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong branding understanding across digital, print, slideware, social, and motion formats.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive in sharing work and receptive to feedback.
• Experience working on a collaborative creative team and cross-functional partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Proven experience leading design projects with contractors and mentoring others.
• Degree or equivalent experience required; demonstrated strengths in previous roles will be evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, and user-centered design across formats like web graphics, slides, and campaign assets.
• Own end-to-end design from intake to final handoff and QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize creative concepts.
• Translate stakeholder goals and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Ensure Salesforce brand consistency while evolving style and templates.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Provide constructive feedback in design reviews and mentor teammates.
• Stay updated on design trends, accessibility, and tools, including AI-assisted design.
