Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates dynamic, effective design rooted in content strategy and user experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides.
• Strong understanding of branding, with experience designing across multiple mediums (digital, print, slideware, social, motion).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you're proactive in sharing work and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accessible, user-centered design across formats: web graphics, slides, campaign assets.
• Own end-to-end design from intake to final handoff and QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers & stakeholders to realize concepts.
• Translate needs, goals, and user research into visual artifacts.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce brand across touchpoints and help evolve style/templates.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-moving remote environment.
• Provide feedback in reviews, mentor designers, shape standards and best practices.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility, and AI-driven tools.
