Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Communications Designer to join the Proposal Services team within the Professional Services Organization. You will translate complex ideas into accessible, brand-aligned visuals across web graphics, slides, and campaign assets.

You’ll collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life. The role requires 5+ years in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and expertise in Adobe CC and Figma.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
A strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic, effective design rooted in content strategy.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Figma and Google Slides.
Strong branding skills across digital, print, slides, and motion mediums.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, proactive in feedback.

Responsibilities

Deliver design across formats: web graphics, slides, campaign assets, and visuals.
Own end-to-end design work from intake to final QA.
Apply clear content hierarchy and visual storytelling across editorial and video.
Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders.
Translate needs and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
Ensure consistent Salesforce branding across touchpoints and evolve style.
Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
