• Excellent communication and collaboration, proactive in feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accessible, user-centered design across web graphics, slides, assets, and more.
• Own end-to-end design from intake and concepting to final handoff and QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize concepts.
• Translate needs and research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce branding while evolving style guides.
• Proactively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote-first environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentor other designers.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility, and AI-assisted tools where applicable.
