Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in design, developing creative solutions for world-class consumer brands. Tech industry experience a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of experience in brand design, visual design.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools and strategies for creative development, content creation and optimization.
• Expert with creative tools, Adobe creative cloud, Figma, Miro, Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design Development: Conceptualizing, designing, and delivering exceptionally well crafted creative across a wide range of touchpoints including marketing materials, brand identity, digital and social, events and experiential.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with marketing, creative, production, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
• Staying Current: Leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI, to optimize workflows and enhance storytelling.
• Project Ownership: Own campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Presentation and Creative Reviews: Experienced developing and presenting / discussing creative and the narrative / strategy behind the work with a group of creatives and leadership.
