Job summary

Duties include legal research, writing, and advocacy before FCC, NTIA, NOAA, FTC, Congress, and other agencies. The role carries project management responsibilities and supervising junior lawyers, with counseling on regulatory and commercial matters.

Qualifications

• Law practice experience in communications regulation.
• Experience with FCC, NTIA, NOAA, FTC, or similar agencies.
• Mid-to-senior associate with project management responsibilities.
• Preferred in-house or law firm background.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and writing on communications regulation.
• Advocate orally before FCC and other agencies.
