• Generate consistent, risk-adjusted PnL via discretionary or systematic strategies
• Deploy relative value, arbitrage, directional, or model-driven approaches
• Work closely with risk, technology, and analytics teams to scale performance

Requirements

• Proven high PnL track record (ideally $10M+ annually or strong Sharpe/returns)
• Experience in discretionary trading or systematic/model-driven strategies
• Background from hedge funds, commodity houses, banks, or trading firms
• Strong understanding of markets, risk management, and execution

Preferred

• Experience running capital within a pod-style or proprietary trading setup
• Expertise in spreads, cross-commodity trading, or macro-driven strategies
• Coding / quantitative background for systematic candidates
