Job summary

Williams is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to oversee the commissioning and startup of compressor stations, plants, and pipeline facilities. You will lead a commissioning team, coordinate with operations, engineering, and contractors, and ensure adherence to the Asset Commissioning Process.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in related fields, a high school diploma or GED with a technical degree preferred, and strong organizational and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED and 10 years related commissioning experience in oil/gas facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and safety-first mindset.
• Experience reading engineering prints and schematics, and coordinating multi-discipline teams.
• Oil/gas pipelines, compressor stations, plants, or related assets experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead commissioning for compressor stations, plants, and pipelines.
• Provide on-site leadership to operations, contractors, engineering, and support staff.
• Schedule pre-commissioning meetings and mobilize commissioning teams to sites.
• Track status of commissioning activities and communicate progress to project leaders.
• Monitor the commissioning process against the site plan and adjust resources as needed.
• Assist with FAT testing, AGC/ACP plans, and vendor checklists as required.
• Coordinate outages and approvals with Operations and other functions.
