Job summary

FST Technical Services Commissioning (Cx) division is seeking a Senior Commissioning Project Engineer to lead the delivery of professional services for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on a diverse portfolio of projects.

The role involves in-field testing, report writing, design documentation evaluation, and coordinating with construction teams. Travel to various sites within the assigned region is required; a strong HVACR/engineering background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HVACR, mechanical or electrical engineering, construction management or an associates degree in engineering technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Cx industry or 7+ years in maintenance/construction/engineering controls.
• 5+ years of experience managing interconnection of building equipment such as pumps, fans, motors, ventilation, boilers, EMS, electrical distribution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute professional services tasks for mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Complete office assignments, time/expense management, submittal reviews, reports and meeting notes.
• Lead Cx meetings, assist construction teams with technical issues, interpret contract documents to reduce risk and maximize value.
