As part of the team, you'll work on some of the most advanced construction projects nationwide, growing your career alongside our diverse industry professionals.


Key Role Responsibilities - Core
  1. ME Engineer Family - Core
  2. Learns and actively participates in all aspects of the company's safety and quality plans and culture, demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment.
  3. Completes entry-level and routine mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities.
  4. Learns to develop budgetary M/E estimates using automated systems based on program and schematic design info.
  5. Assists in reviewing mechanical and electrical options during preconstruction and completes systems analysis for projects.
  6. Learns to develop scopes of work for bid processes.
  7. Assists in bid analysis and subcontractor selection.
  8. Assists with sequencing requirements and schedule solutions.
  9. Gains knowledge of design documents to identify quality issues and develop constructability reviews.
  10. Learns to perform job inspections to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
  11. Assists with shop drawing/submittal processes.
  12. Supports commissioning activities, including developing checklists and testing procedures.

Key Role Responsibilities - Additional Core

Senior M/E Engineer

In addition to the core responsibilities, this role includes:

  1. Completing more complex construction activities.
  2. Developing detailed estimates and reviewing options for value engineering.
  3. Coordinating scopes during bidding and developing sequencing and schedule solutions.
  4. Reviewing design documents and developing quality control programs.
  5. Performing inspections and developing testing procedures.
  6. Managing subcontractor negotiations, procurement, and client relationships.
  7. Leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, construction technology, scheduling, BIM, Lean principles, and budget management.
  • Ability to read plans and specifications, build relationships, and manage projects from start to finish.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years construction management experience preferred.
