Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager in Los Angeles, CA to oversee large programs, verify systems performance, and ensure client satisfaction. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and drive business development while traveling as needed.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 10 years of PM/engineering/construction management experience with CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED certifications preferred. Competitive salary with a full benefits package is offered.

The Sr. Commissioning Manager verifies that designed, installed, and tested systems and equipment satisfy specified performance criteria and meet the client's operational requirements. This position is responsible for client satisfaction, project execution, business development, and travel related to commissioning assignments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Preferred Education and Experience:

Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field

The salary range for this full-time role is $132,800.00-$185,933.36 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
