Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced commissioning leader to manage end-to-end commissioning for new and retrofit facilities. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and QC teams to ensure compliant project delivery aligned with contract requirements.

The role requires substantial commissioning experience, strong MEP knowledge, and the ability to develop schedules and start-up plans across Level 1–5 activities. On-site work at project locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of General Construction experience in MEP engineering, supervision, or related position including Professional Engineering and trade work.
• Minimum of 5 years of Commissioning experience bridging field and engineering responsibilities.
• Well-rounded knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes across trades, means and methods, and related codes.
• ASHRAE Commissioning certification desirable; understanding of Levels 1–5.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Commissioning activities during Level 1 through Level 5 for new or retrofit projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and operations teams to ensure compliant project delivery.
• Coordinate with QC and MEP teams to assure checklists, documents, and commissioning activities follow test scripts.
• Develop and manage startup and commissioning schedules integrated with project schedules.
• Facilitate commissioning meetings and contribute to QC plans and dashboards.
