Qualifications

• Ability to think beyond the individual account to a book strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as referral underwriter for complex submissions and large accounts.
• Define product appetite and underwriting guidelines with leadership.
• Contribute to forms strategy and design endorsements.
• Collaborate with Actuarial on rating variables and rules.
• Partner with IT on PAS and rating engine configuration.
