The ideal candidate has a Law Degree, bar admission, 5–7 years of title underwriting experience, and deep knowledge of real estate law and title insurance processes.

• Licensed to practice in state of employment.
• 5–7 years of title underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and title insurance processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
