We Are Legal Revolution in Chicago seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead civil litigation matters for commercial transportation defense. You will handle dispositive motions, trial preparation, and trial work across state and federal courts.

The role emphasizes ownership of matters through all phases of litigation with some related transactional tasks and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, fact investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motion practice.
• Experience in state and federal courts, including dispositive motions.
• Trial preparation and trial experience.
• Ability to take on some transactional, retail, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts.
• Manage oral and written discovery, fact investigation, and case development strategy.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, memoranda of law, affidavits, and client reports.
• Support trial preparation and participate in trial work as matters progress.
• Assist with some transactional, retail, and administrative work as needed.
