Job summary

Stewart Title in the United States provides nationwide title services to support real estate transactions with a focus on proactive communication and high-quality customer service. You will work with clients, attorneys and lenders to resolve title issues before closing across commercial transactions.

As part of a collaborative team, you will ensure clear documentation, accuracy of title commitments, and adherence to internal policies while helping others and adapting to evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides nationwide title services and supports real estate transactions with high-level customer service.
• Advises customers, attorneys and lenders to resolve title issuers prior to closing for commercial transactions.
• Communicates with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title issues.
• Understands how the team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives.
• Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
• Explains complex information and interdependencies within the team and others.
• Works under limited supervision and may adjust work practices to improve efficiency.
• Acts as a resource for less experienced team members; no supervisory responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
