Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Superintendent preferred, with experience in Healthcare or Life Science projects.
• Experience in overseeing new construction, renovation, and upfit projects valued between $50M – $150M.
• Proficiency with self-perform work including demolition and structural tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise total on-site effort to ensure project compliance with design, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Plan and supervise craft activities, documenting actual hours worked.
• Lead project meetings and mentor field engineers.
