Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial and public works construction at the GC level.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex schedules.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

• Lead day-to-day on-site management of commercial/public works projects.
