Harper James is seeking a Senior Commercial Solicitor with 10+ years PQE to join its growing commercial team. You will deliver clear, pragmatic advice on complex commercial arrangements, including goods and services, distribution, agency, Introducer, SaaS, and online terms for a diverse client base.

You will lead matters, manage client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues in technology, data protection, employment and corporate teams to deliver joined-up solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ PQE in commercial law.
• Experience advising across goods/services, distribution, agency and SaaS.
• Ability to distill complex issues into practical client guidance.
