Job summary

Nations Roof LLC in Scott, Louisiana, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Senior Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion. Based out of our Scott office, the role requires regional travel to project sites and offers a competitive salary with full benefits.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a superintendent role within commercial roofing, demonstrates leadership, safety discipline, and the ability to mentor field

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated Superintendent role with a commercial roofing contractor.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor field personnel to promote safety, quality, and operational consistency.
Direct commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout with coordination of crews and subcontractors.
Represent Nations Roof professionally during customer meetings and site visits; maintain strong customer relationships.
Review project scope, drawings, contracts, and schedules to identify risks and plan execution.
Monitor labor productivity, track performance against goals, and ensure timely project delivery.
