Responsibilities

Supervise and work alongside field crews, providing guidance as needed.
Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinate projects with the Project Manager.
Use technology to update project schedules, provide daily logs to clients and process material/subcontractor purchases.
Notify trade partners of project schedule forecasts and provide regular updates as the project progresses.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment meeting OSHA requirements.
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
Review job tracking regularly and identify any deficiencies.
Create a list of project materials to be ordered.
Schedule inspections as needed.
