• 10+ years in commercial roofing project management.
• Ability to supervise and motivate others.
• Experience in project costing and planning.
• Excellent knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of roofing legal issues and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with Planning Department to determine materials and manpower required for each roofing project.
• Estimate the time to complete each roofing project and coordinate with teams from varying trades.
• Determine materials required and devise delivery schedules for roofing components.
• Plan and obtain scaffolding and safety equipment for the project.
• Review architect's roofing design and discuss changes with architect and client.
• Supervise teams and inspect the quality of work to ensure standards.
• Ensure full compliance with safety guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver reports detailing progress of roofing work.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
