The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in construction project management, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. Local travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of construction project management experience; commercial roofing or waterproofing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, documentation, and billing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage project finances, scheduling, materials, documentation, and client communication.
• Coordinate with field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely and on contract.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements.
• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, materials, and equipment to keep schedule.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, billing, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare progress billings, invoices, and project status reports.
• Identify changes in scope and assist with pricing and change orders.
• Maintain communication with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Work with Superintendents and field crews to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
• Visit active jobsites to monitor progress, quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Maintain project records including labor, equipment, change orders, and documentation.
• Participate in pre-construction, progress, and closeout meetings as needed.
• Ensure safety requirements and project procedures are followed.
• Coordinate project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final docs.
