TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is helping a well-established commercial roofing contractor in Oklahoma City find an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman. This hands-on leadership role will lead crews, manage projects in the field, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The candidate should have 3-5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of roofing systems, and the ability to train crew members while maintaining client communication and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years leading commercial roofing crews
• Hands-on knowledge of installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofs
• Ability to organize and lead field crews
• Strong communication with customers, crews, and project leadership
• Focus on safety and quality
• Dependable and takes ownership of the job
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work outdoors, at heights and in varying weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs as required
• Local travel to jobsites within approximately two hours

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial roofing crews on projects from start to finish
• Oversee removal, installation, repairs and maintenance of roof systems
• Coordinate daily manpower, materials and production
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
• Communicate with customers and internal project teams
• Complete daily reports, paperwork and inventory tracking
• Help train and develop crew members
