Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial, multifamily, and/or roofing construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates, bids, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and coordinate subcontractor pricing.
• Perform in-person site inspections to assess existing conditions.
• Develop detailed budgets for commercial and multifamily construction projects.
