You will belong to a place where teamwork matters and where you are encouraged to bring your best self to work.

As the Senior Commercial Reporting Analyst, you will own the vision, execution, and continuous evolution of our centralized commercial and business intelligence reporting for the USA & Canada organization. You’ll set the strategic direction, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure our analytics capabilities empower fact-based decision making from day one.

To accomplish these objectives, the Senior Commercial Reporting Analyst will closely partner with multiple USA&C functional groups, including sales, operations, marketing, supply chain, and finance, as well as IT functional groups, including Global Advanced Analytics and Enterprise Data Management.

What You Can Expect

Strategic Reporting Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end reporting lifecycle and define best-in-class practices for data visualization and insights delivery.
  • Partner with sales, operations, marketing, supply chain, and finance to prioritize high-impact reporting initiatives.
  • Architect a scalable reporting framework that aligns with corporate objectives and shifts seamlessly as the business evolves.
  • Lead in the development, execution, and tracking of our new Distributor Accountability KPI platform.
  • Design, implement, and manage standard commercial reporting using advanced data visualization techniques and analytical tools, primarily Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
  • Design and build publication-ready dashboards and scorecards using diverse sets of structured and unstructured, disparate data sources.
  • Champion innovation by integrating advanced analytics and data science techniques to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and resolve performance issues specific to dashboard development and delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence

  • Build strong alliances across the enterprise to drive alignment and unlock the full potential of our data assets.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops that translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between USA & Canada functional teams and Global Advanced Analytics, Enterprise Data Management, and IT.
  • Advocate for a data-driven culture by presenting compelling, narrative-driven dashboards and scorecards to senior leadership.

Data Strategy and Process Optimization

  • Shape our data architecture and refine processes to ensure accuracy, performance, and agility in reporting.
  • Serve as conduit between operational functions and IT resources when modifying, creating, and implementing new and existing operational systems and processes.
  • Define requirements and validate new data sources with IT to guarantee optimal structure, governance, and scalability.
  • Oversee ongoing enhancements to operational systems and data pipelines, driving efficiency and consistency in account-level depletion reporting (VIP and SAM) and beyond.
  • Work with the key stakeholders on metrics definitions and special calculations within the data sources to ensure alignment across the organization.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Education - Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Computer Science, or Business plus technical knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data analytics and data visualization.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an analytical, reporting, or information technology role.
  • Proficiency with Tableau (or similar data visualization software reporting systems, including workbook and dashboard development).
  • Influence skills: Proven ability to lead from the middle, comfortable with a matrix organization.
  • Communication skills: Ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analysis capabilities: Combining and utilizing databases to create reporting and analytics.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects across multiple teams and functions.
  • Experience with internal and third party data sources (VIP, SAM, Nielsen).
