Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to drive revenue by developing new business and managing large commercial clients in diverse industries.

You will underpin credit decisions, analyze financials, and structure credit solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• At least 6 years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development (required).
• Proven ability to develop and manage large, complex client relationships.
• Strong relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of local markets and growth strategies.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to underwrite and structure commercial credits.
• Deep knowledge of cash management products and services.
• Understanding of federal and state regulations related to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $151,017 - $177,667.
• Annual incentive potential.
