Univar Solutions USA Inc is seeking a Senior Commercial Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent partner to sales leaders and build high-performing teams that drive growth. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and commercial roles, leveraging market insights and a consultative approach to attract top talent.

This hybrid role sits at our Downers Grove, IL corporate headquarters, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting sales, commercial, business development, account management, and sales leadership functions.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and talent pipelining.
• Ability to influence and consult business leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Experience evaluating talent, developing offers, and successfully closing candidates.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic talent partner to sales leaders, helping build high-performing teams that drive business growth. Where You'll Work

• This is a hybrid-based role that will sit out of our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL.

Pay & Benefits

• The salary range is $100,000 - 115,000. This role is also eligible for incentive pay.
• The specific salary offered to a candidate may be motivated by a variety of factors including the candidate's meaningful experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
• Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental. We also provide 401k matching for retirement and flexible time off.
