The ideal candidate holds a J.D., Texas license, and a proven track record in CRE, leasing, drafting, and due diligence, capable of managing multiple deals independently while

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas license.
• Extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions and leasing.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex transactions.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements and related documents.
• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development transactions.
• Prepare and review purchase agreements, amendments, estoppel certificates, SNDAs, and easements.
• Manage transactions from LOI through closing.
• Conduct due diligence and identify transactional risks.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and stakeholders to facilitate closings.
• Provide legal advice and strategic guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
