Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc is seeking an attorney to lead commercial real estate transactions in Texas. You will draft, review, and negotiate leases; manage acquisitions and dispositions; prepare purchase and sale agreements and related documents.

From LOI through closing, you will coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders, conduct due diligence, and provide practical legal guidance while ensuring compliance with laws and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.
• 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
• Experience handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in preparing and negotiating: Purchase and Sale Agreements; Lease Amendments; Estoppel Certificates; SNDAs; Closing Documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements.
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets.
• Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, amendments, estoppel certificates, SNDAs, and other transaction-related documents.
• Manage commercial real estate transactions from LOI through closing.
• Conduct legal due diligence and identify potential transactional risks.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful closings.
• Provide practical legal advice and strategic guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
