• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of general commercial litigation matters from initial pleadings through discovery and depositions.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and written discovery.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions.
• Experience with real estate and finance-related litigation preferred.
