Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a real estate related field or equivalent professional experience.
• State of Colorado Ad Valorem Appraiser license required; QE for Certified General preferred.
• Ten years of professional appraisal experience preferred for Appraiser IV, with significant ad valorem exposure.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections, measurements, data collection and sketches for commercial/industrial properties.
• Apply Marshall Valuation manual guidelines; use Cost, Market and Income approaches; reconcile values.
