Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience, including as a Property Manager for Class A office space.
• Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and managerial skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and implement solutions.
• Maintain professional demeanor and excellent customer service with tenants, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenants and provide timely customer service.
• Oversee building staff, training, and leadership.
• Review, negotiate, and enforce vendor contracts.
• Conduct regular property inspections and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate work orders with tenants, staff, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Manage financials including rent collection, monthly variance reporting, notices to pay or quit, and budgeting.
• Oversee lease renewals and vacant suite maintenance; participate in leasing tours.
• Supervise capital and tenant improvement projects; attend construction meetings.
• Respond to property emergencies and document incidents.
• Handle special projects as assigned by Regional Manager.
