Thomas Park Property Management seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a portfolio of commercial assets, including flex, retail and medical properties. You will optimize asset value, maintain tenant and owner relations, and enhance revenue.

This role is full-time, exempt, with standard business hours. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial building management, strong financial acumen, and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi Voyager.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial building management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting and budgeting.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned portfolio in compliance with policies.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain site operating manuals.
• Obtain proposals, award contracts and manage vendors/contractors.
• Supervise building engineers and maintenance staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Manage budgets, reporting and leasing-related activities.
• Cultivate relationships with owners, tenants and vendors.
