Job summary

Thomas Park Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a commercial portfolio, including flex, retail, and medical assets. The role focuses on maximizing asset value, tenant and owner relationships, and revenue growth.

Reporting to a Director of Property Management, this full-time exempt position requires strong financial acumen, experience with Yardi Voyager, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property/asset management experience.
• Proficient in financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting.
• Strong tenant relations and customer service aptitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication; timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned portfolio in line with policy and objectives.
• Conduct formal site inspections per SOPs.
• Create and maintain site documentation (property/tenant info, operating manuals, emergency plans).
• Obtain proposals, award contracts, and manage third-party vendors/contractors.
• Oversee building engineers and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk and liability.
