• Resolves complex commercial property losses (>$500,000) by investigating damages and negotiating adjustments.
• Negotiates with corporate management, brokerage personnel, lawyers, accountants or public adjusters representing the insured.
• Nominates and manages national accounts; handles direct loss, and participates in industry organization presentations.
• Provides peer review on assignments to other staff and participates in industry panels.
