You will coordinate clients, consultants, and contractors, while overseeing schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure quality results. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial architectural project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
• Experience managing commercial projects, consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, entitlements, and CEQA.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial architecture projects through design and construction phases.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and documentation.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlements, and plan-check approvals.
• Resolve technical, design, and construction issues.
• Review drawings and project documents for accuracy and quality.
