Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation of consistent commercial methodologies based on persona, including analysis, forecasting, contract analysis, and financial model analysis.
• Leads the completion of monthly operational reporting for NG, NGL, and Specialty capacity utilization and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in proactive identification and development and governance of coast-to-coast operational models, tools, and business processes.
• Oversee, manage, and govern coast-to-coast Operational Margin assumptions, definitions, and guiding principles, proactively identify recommended changes and drive implementation of solutions and changes.
• Leverage technical and analytical, and commercial expertise to proactively analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, look for process improvements, and develop/implement solutions that create improvements, efficiency, and alignment across the organization.
• Fosters a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to governance audit processes.
• Owns the capability roadmap, with alignment to strategic initiatives and cross functional teams.
• Manages Commercial subscription services by managing users for those subscriptions, facilitating accurate payments, assisting in negotiations with vendors and internal supply chain.
• Manages the Commercial subscription budget and maintains understanding of actual spend vs. budget along with variance explanations.
• Serves as a liaison between multiple groups to ensure alignment and help complete projects accurately and on time.
• On call to respond to unexpected events, facilitate and manage the Business Recovery Team (BRT) to gain control of disruptions as needed.
• Lead completion of New Business Realization ("NBR") as opportunities arise, make recommendations for improvement as warranted.

Position Summary

This position will report to the Senior Director NG, NGL, and Specialties Commercial Strategy & Optimization and serve as a lead advisor supporting commercial strategy, operational excellence, and value chain asset optimization across the NG, NGL, and Specialties businesses. The role is responsible for developing and governing commercial processes, methodologies, performance metrics, and operating frameworks that improve organizational effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.

Working across commercial, planning, logistics, and operations functions, this position drives alignment on business priorities, identifies opportunities for process improvement and value creation, and provides analytical and strategic support for key commercial initiatives. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex, cross-functional organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation of consistent commercial methodologies based on persona, including analysis, forecasting, contract analysis, and financial model analysis. Collaborates with senior management and strategic business partners to drive standardization and support commercial methodology.
• Leads the completion of monthly operational reporting for NG, NGL, and Specialty capacity utilization and KPIs and prepares information for leaders to help the organization understand performance and aid in decision making.
• Lead cross-functional teams in proactive identification and development and governance of coast-to-coast operational models, tools, and business processes.
• Oversee, manage, and govern coast-to-coast Operational Margin assumptions, definitions, and guiding principles, proactively identify recommended changes and drive implementation of solutions and changes.

• Owns the capability roadmap, with alignment to strategic initiatives and cross functional teams. Manages coordinating responsibilities independently and has build relationship with key stakeholders within and outside of commercial.
• Manages Commercial subscription services by managing users for those subscriptions, facilitating accurate payments, assisting in negotiations with vendors and internal supply chain.
• Manages the Commercial subscription budget and maintains understanding of actual spend vs. budget along with variance explanations. Has a thorough understanding of subscription service offerings to help commercial teams when signing up for services and to find synergies and cost savings through optimization projects.
• Serves as a liaison between multiple groups to ensure alignment and help complete projects accurately and on time. Often leads the communication and serves as project lead for the various teams, stakeholders and leaders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• On call to respond to unexpected events, facililitate and manage the Business Recovery Team (BRT) to gain control of disruptions as needed.
• Lead completion of New Business Realization ("NBR") as opportunities arise, make recommendations for improvement as warranted, and maintain proper contact lists and documentation.
