Talent Edge Recruiting seeks a hands-on Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial pool equipment across the Southeast. The role emphasizes field work with travel to NC, SC, and VA, providing exceptional customer service while working independently.

Requirements include pool service experience or related mechanical background, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks and drug screens, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Pool service experience or strong mechanical background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast.
• Able to work independently in a hands-on field environment.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial pool equipment and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Install and service pumps, filters, heaters, chemical feed systems, and related equipment.
• Travel to facilities throughout NC, SC & VA.
• Provide outstanding customer service while working independently.
• Complete service reports and communicate findings with customers and management.
