Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to troubleshoot mechanical systems and service commercial aquatic equipment. The position requires heavy travel across NC, SC, and VA with overnight stays and most weekends at home.

You will report daily to Headquarters in Onslow County, NC and service pumps, filters, heaters, and related equipment. Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or industrial maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing mechanical equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast.
• Ability to work independently in a hands-on field environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial pool equipment and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Install and service pumps, filters, heaters, chemical feed systems, and related equipment.
• Travel to commercial and government facilities throughout NC, SC & VA.
• Provide outstanding customer service while working independently.
• Complete service reports and communicate findings with customers and management.
