The role oversees field personnel, ensures materials arrive on site, and guides installation and quality checks. You will report to the project manager and help drive profitability while meeting deadlines. Applicants should have plumbing experience, leadership skills in commercial construction, and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Journeyman or Master license favorable.
• 5 years in new construction plumbing.
• 3 years of leadership in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with heavy duty waste and water lines (PVC, copper, cast iron, gas lines).
• Drug screen and valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee field personnel and direct daily activities on site.
• Ensure materials are available at the job site before labor scheduling.
• Evaluate work quality at each construction phase and address issues.
• Assist with installation challenges and coordinate with project manager.
• Lead safety and quality procedures and mentor staff.
• Support profitability and timely project completion.
