Haller Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Commercial Plumbing Design Estimator to join our Lititz, PA corporate team.

With 5–10 years in plumbing design and estimating, you will analyze blueprints and specs to prepare comprehensive bids and, when needed, generate plumbing designs and calculations for MEP projects. The role reports to the Estimating Manager and requires collaboration with owners, GCs, architects, and engineers to reach project goals while maintaining profitability and

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of plumbing trade design and estimating experience
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare time/cost estimates
• Valid driver's license for company-related travel
• Must provide documents evidencing identity and employment eligibility (I-9)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Bluebeam/Autodesk is a plus
• Knowledge of plumbing/gas specification, calculations and pipe sizing

Responsibilities

• Estimate MEP systems for commercial, industrial, and multi-unit projects
• Prepare cost-effective conceptual designs for design/build projects
• Sketch designs for BIM/CAD to draft or 3D model
• Prepare written proposals and communicate scope of work
• Negotiate with clients and follow up on proposals
• Meet with owners, GCs, architects, engineers to execute projects
• Collaborate with other estimators to share resources
