• Experience developing or implementing job costing, project management, or operational processes.
• Experience managing project budgets, labor costs, and schedules.

Aufgaben

• Oversee new construction plumbing projects for light commercial and commercial facilities, including planning and field operations.
• Prepare plumbing construction estimates, bids, proposals, and cost projections for commercial opportunities.
• Lead commercial plumbing operations including business development support and project execution.
• Develop and implement job costing systems, project management procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, material expenses, job profitability, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with contractors, customers, vendors, and subcontractors on requirements and schedules.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure installation compliance.
• Manage change orders, scheduling, and construction documentation.
