Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a senior placement professional to lead execution of new business and renewal processes for mid-to-large commercial insurance accounts. You will oversee timelines, conduct exposure and financial analysis, negotiate terms, and present proposals to clients.

As a key member of the Placement Team, you will mentor others, improve processes, and collaborate with Client Advisors, Account Teams, and carrier partners to deliver optimal risk transfer solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large commercial insurance placements.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and accept directions.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Word.
• Licensed insurance professional required.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and processes for new business and renewal placements.
• Develop and execute high-level placement strategies leveraging market intelligence.
• Evaluate alternative risk financing and captive structures.
• Strategize coverage structuring and financial modeling for complex accounts.
• Exercise independent judgment in selecting carriers and terms.
• Oversee end-to-end placement processes and governance.
