Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a professional level sales pro to support advanced commercial functions and grow the business through customer retention and expansion. You will partner with management to guide Team Members, apply auto parts knowledge, and coordinate deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes ASE-ready expertise, multi-channel sourcing, and strong communication to sustain profitable growth across commercial accounts. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive parts sales or related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts and diagnostics.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage customer relationships.
• ASE P2 certification or readiness preferred and welcomed.
• Ability to source parts from multiple channels including special orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise Team Members and support coaching.
• Coordinate with GM on developmental needs for staff.
• Dispatch drivers for timely, accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking and supplier networks.
