Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional-level sales associate to support the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and new business, and partners with the GM to coach Team Members and ensure on-time delivery.

The Commercial Parts Pro has broad automotive knowledge, can source from multiple channels, and uses POS and parts lookup systems. ASE certification is preferred; English is primary, Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Strong selling skills for commercial customers and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members and coordinate with the GM.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards are met and manage stocking programs.
• Source from multiple channels including special orders and second sources.
