Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales associate to support advanced functions on the commercial side. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and new business, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members and ensure timely deliveries.

The position requires strong automotive parts knowledge, experience in selling to commercial customers, and ability to source from multiple channels. It is a full-time role with commission potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure delivery standards are met.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development for staff.
• Maintain core banking and commercial returns.
• Build a network of second source suppliers.
