Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support the advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and growth, partnering with the GM to coach Team Members and ensure timely, accurate delivery of parts.

You will leverage deep automotive parts knowledge, source from multiple channels such as special orders and second sources, and use POS and inventory systems to support operations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification preferred.
• 3+ years automotive parts experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
