Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to drive profitable growth by retaining and expanding our commercial customer base. You will build relationships, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries while coaching team members.

You should have strong automotive knowledge, English proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. ASE certification is preferred, with a GED or high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Proficient in automotive parts knowledge and system diagnostics.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Basic math for transactions and inventory.
• Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GA S2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise and support Team Members on daily tasks.
• Coordinate with GM on coaching needs and driver coverage.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier networks.
• Read and interpret parts catalogs and safety instructions.
